Dip spin application equipment

Dip Spin is method of applying a thin coating of lubrication or paint on small components using centrifugal force. The force generated by the high basket speed allows for consistent, even coating in a short period of time.

We offer a wide range of Dip Spin units with internal tank capacity from 20kg-70kg loads and units with external solution tanks with 20kg-130kg load capacity. Units are also available with process timers, auto-reverse and basket inclination to aid component coverage. All units are available with spare baskets and hoist systems.

Dip Spin units are ideal for the application of Top Coat finishers, lubrication or a range of paint finishes.
