Jacquet Weston have been manufacturing Surface Finishing Process Plants for 53 years, supplying all sectors of the industry.
We can offer the unique ability to design, manufacture, assemble and dry run even the largest process plants in our purpose built 20,000 ft2 factory. We can also offer pre-used plant or a combination of new and pre-used to suit all requirements and budgets. All of our process lines are designed & manufactured to 38 British and European Standards.
A choice of varying degrees of automation are available from a very simple manual process, a semi-automatic process, through to fully automated PLC based systems with human machine interfaces, and complex SCADA systems for full traceability and data logging.
Our process lines also consider and conform to the IPPC Directive Best Available Techniques (BAT) Every process plant is fully assembled, dry run and tested to our rigorous internal commissioning program with full FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) witnessed by our customer prior to shipping and installation.

Design process
Everything we design is a bespoke solution in response to a specific customer requirement. 3D CAD modelling helps streamline key plant design criteria and provides the ability to make intelligent, data-driven decisions leading to highly accurate design and process reliability. All of our process plant fluid systems and controls are designed using the latest process and instrumentation design software. This provides all relevant information for process optimization and ensures our customers are fully equipped with all of the necessary details for the safe operation and maintenance of their equipment throughout its lifespan.
We use software that not only allows us to create detailed engineering drawings but also produce detailed “exploded” drawings, these form part of our O&M manuals. As our detailed design develops, we ensure our customers are kept fully involved throughout the process with multiple links which can be used on any laptop or mobile device.
