Process cooling

Metal finishing can produce significant quantities of thermal energy which can be detrimental to the quality of the finished components if its not properly dissipated. There are several options which exist for process cooling which cater for the excess heat created during the metal finishing process.

We are able to supply a range of process chillers from 4kW-1,200kW including a low temperature chiller that can supply solution at -40°C.

We are also able to supply total cooling packages including cooling coils and Heat exchangers, manufactured from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Polypropylene or PVDF, other materials can be supplied on request. The cooling packages can include pumps, interconnecting pipework, valves and motorised valves required for the process solution control, this can include installation and commissioning.
